WARRANTY PROGRAM

ThirtyTwo guarantees all products sold by a ThirtyTwo Authorized Dealer to be free of defects in materials or craftsmanship for a limited period from the date of purchase.

 

IMPORTANT - ALL POTENTIAL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST MEET THIS CRITERIA:

1. Product must be within the warranty period. See below for the warranty period for each product category.

2. All claims must include a proof of purchase that clearly identifies the Dealer and purchase date. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, ThirtyTwo will use the manufacturing date as the start of the warranty period.

3. Warranties apply only to ThirtyTwo products purchased from Authorized ThirtyTwo Dealers and are valid for the original buyer only. Please carefully read our warranty documentation to verify your product is eligible for warranty consideration.

 

WARRANTY PERIOD:

ThirtyTwo offers a 1 year Warranty Policy on all boots and outerwear purchased from our online store and point of purchase as well. Each warranty issue is case by case and varies by product.

The warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.

All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing. ThirtyTwo products are not covered by any verbal warranties.

 Wear and tear

Nothing lasts forever, even though we wish it could! Products exposed to the elements and used frequently can show wear and tear faster than those used less frequently. Your product may simply have reached the end of its lifetime.

LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION:

The warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing. ThirtyTwo products are not covered by any verbal warranties. 

  •     Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).

  •     Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

  •     Damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.

  •     Sizing (we recommend making sure your boots fit before you hit the mountain)

 

WARRANTY REQUEST PROCESS:

Please note that warranty procedures vary based on where your ThirtyTwo product was purchased. See below for details.

PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM AUTHORIZED THIRTYTWO DEALER: Defective product purchased from a ThirtyTwo Dealer must be returned to the point of purchase. The Dealer will submit your warranty claim and arrange replacement or refund if claim is accepted.

To begin a warranty request for an online purchase from thirtytwo.com please follow the steps below.

Our thirtytwo.com online purchase warranty claim is only valid for purchases made online from thirtytwo.com within the last 365 days, you will need your original information from your order to submit your request.

1. Enter your order number and the email, phone or zip code used to place the order then click continue.

We are unable to process returns without an order number. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email, only use uppercase letters when entering. example: 322022US

2. Select the items from your order that you would like to submit a warranty claim on using the slider next to the product. Select the refund option, then select warranty claim, and include any additional notes, then click continue.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Warranty requests must be reviewed before a refund or replacement order is issued.

3. You will need to submit 3 photos with your warranty claim, please follow the instructions on the photo upload section.

You will be unable to submit your warranty claim request without uploading the required photos for our team to review and access your warranty claim.

4. Select 'customer is responsible for shipping' from the options on the shipping screen, you will only be required to ship back the warranty claim product if asked to do so by our customer service team.

You will not receive any form of shipping label or shipping information for you warranty claim.

5. Once your warranty claim has been submitted you will receive an RMA number with your request and details, our customer service team will review and process your warranty claim as quickly as possible. 

Please allow 15 - 30 days for you warranty request to be reviewed and resolved by our team.
