We ship all domestic USA orders from California. It is against our policy to ship to third party package freight forwarders or third party locations.

If your order is placed with a forwarding company or service, the party that was delivered the order listed on the orders address will be responsible for any missing or lost packages, as well as any refund.

Upon shipping and confirmation of delivery to a third party forwarder you are releasing us of liability on your order. When an order is placed our system uses the address that was entered on the order, or within your customer profile.

We highly suggest confirming your address within your customer profile to avoid any delays or issues with the shipping of your order.
