WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS?

All orders are shipped via Federal Express.

We offer the following shipping methods at check out:

  • FedEx Ground (Delivered within 1-5 business days)
  • FedEx Express (Delivered within 1-3 business days)
  • FedEx Standard Overnight (Delivered within 1-2 business days)

Expedited shipping begins when your order leaves our warehouse, not when it is accepted into the system. Generally all orders will ship the following business day after payment is received. Any orders placed on Friday will not ship until Monday. Please take this into consideration when ordering with expedited shipping. Please note the estimated arrival date given from our site is just an estimation and may not be 100% accurate. Fed Ex will give a more accurate estimation of arrival once the tracking number has generated. 

Please add $5.00 for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. 2-3 day shipping is only available for these states. We do not offer ground or 1-2 day to Alaska or Hawaii. The shipping costs for your order depend on the total amount in your cart before any taxes or discounts.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We process orders Monday through Friday and orders can take up to 1-2 business days to process. Given that your order is not set to hold by our fraud prevention team and we have the item in stock, your order should be shipped within 48 business hours. Customer service will contact you if otherwise. 

All orders are shipped out at 5:00 PM PST via FedEx Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on national holidays or weekends. Generally all orders will ship the following business day after payment is received. All orders placed on Friday will ship out on Monday. Please take this into consideration when ordering expedited shipping. Friday after 2:00 PM PST is considered the weekend

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A MILITARY ADDRESS OR P.O. BOX?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/ FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. No exceptions.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

We offer online shopping in Europe and the United Kingdom. Please check the region setting on the upper right hand corner of thirtytwo.com and set it accordingly to your location.

The U.S. ThirtyTwo online store only ships within the United States. We do not offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, or Cuba from the U.S. Thirty Two online store. 

You may set up a freight/mail forwarding company to ship your product abroad from the states. The customer will be responsible to set it up and the forwarding address must be in the United States.

WHY IS MY ORDER ON HOLD?  

thirtytwo.com does our best to protect your money and ours. We have a fraud prevention system that looks at orders in our system that could possibly be fraudulent. Orders are set to hold so our fraud prevention team can check them out and make sure they are legitimate. To ensure the quickest shipping time for your order, please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match. If these do not match, you may be asked to provide verification for your billing information.

We have the right to cancel any order we believe may be placed under fraudulent circumstances. Since electronic fraud is very prevalent these days, thirtytwo.com has to take extra precaution to ensure your money and our money is protected.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation to your email you provided upon order entry. Once your order is processed and packed, our system will email you an order confirmation with tracking. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update.

If you have a thirtytwo.com account already or are logged in please click My Account and you can track your shipment on your order history. Your order number can be found on your confirmation email you received after placing your order.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is immediately transmitted to an automated processing system. This provides the fastest method for receiving your order. As such, order cancellations and modifications are not possible, even if the order has not shipped. Customer service is only available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM so if you have an issue with your order please contact customer service immediately at 1-877-838-6437 or onlinestore@thirtytwo.com.

You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label with your order if you'd like to send your item back once you receive it. We are unable to process direct exchanges, but will be happy to process a refund or store credit so you can make a replacement order.
