My first stiff boot I've rode in, these are amazing and I love them!

I always thought the softer the better till I rode in a stiffer boot like the focus boa. I love these boots so much! I gave 4 stars because I had questions about the flex inserts and footbeds that came with the boots. Did a google search and found no information on how to use the inserts and footbeds. Emailed thirty two 2-3 times and never got a reply back. The boots should come with a little flyer on how to use the flex recoil inserts and elite footbeds. I was left clueless and could not figure it out. Wish customer service could have replied back to me considering I just spend hundreds on these boots. Other than that, they are really nice boots that should last a long time. 5 star boot, not the best customer service.

Fall 2017 Version Still Going Strong After 400+ Days and a Bit of Splitboard Abuse

I still ride in my Fall 2017 version of these, currently at Whitefish. Best boarding boots I've ever put on my feet. Still strong and stiff after almost 7 years of 60+ day seasons at Big Sky, Montana and various other hills in the Rockies. Riding all mountain mostly with some splitboard days mixed in. My body has taken a beating but you couldn't tell by the look of the boots. Only issue I ever had was a fraying boa cable on my rear foot, after 6 years of tighting for my skinny legs, but the local shop replaced it with no issues. I was honestly surprised when I realized mine are almost 7 years old (time flies), so here I am writing this review. All around great gear investment, highly recommend, and I will buy the new version when the time comes. Thank you thirtytwo.
