I was fortunate to get on a pair of the new 32 FASE bindings during the 24/25 season. They’re simply a perfected traditional binding.
PROS: They remove the doubt that you might have with other “quick release” bindings. Like many readying this - I was never going to ride without two straps. Most important take away I had was this: I’m 45, so at the end of a long resort day you just notice the positive cumulative impact of not sitting down after every lift/messing with your bindings all day. It’s just a smoother experience.
CONS: None really. I’m curious to see how well the heel tab (w/ spring) holds up, and will that be easily fixed with any issues.

Haven't been on snow yet (Sept 20 2025 in WI) but dicking around with it on dry land proved it does what YouTube claims. Noticed a bit of a learning curve (as expected) here in how far to open the strap to get a one-handed close on re-entry. Open too far and you'll need a quick second hand touch to close.
The heal strap does not rotate freely and so it doesn’t fold down as compact as a two strap. Ex. Union Ultra folds up ~3in more compact than the FASE. May be a concern for some.
