Heat Molding Liners

ThirtyTwo is the innovator in moldable liner technology, and we have proven our commitment to our molding program by putting moldable liners in our boot line. Here are the tools to get the job done right.

Step By Step

  1. Bare feet only. Socks should be off!

    Step One:

Loosen and pull footbeds from the boots. You will not have the footbeds in while you are heating the liners.

  2. Boots with fit system heater in it.

    Step Two:

Insert the Fit System Heater into the pair of boots and set the start for 10 total minutes.

  3. Bare feet with toe caps on 'em

    Step Three:

While the boots are being heated have the customer remove their socks and shoes.

  4. Putting on the nylons over your toe cap and feet

    Step Four:

Find the correct size toe-cap for the customer. It should fit snug on the toes and will help create room in the toe box.

  5. Man putting on the boots

    Step Five:

With the toe-cap on, place the nylon over the foot. This step will help to get a close-to-the-foot mold.

  6. Use caution and wait for boots to cool if needed

    Step Six:

When the heater sounds, remove from the boots and insert the foot. *Use caution and wait for boots to cool if needed.

  7. tighten snugly

    Step Seven:

Once both feet are in the boots, tighten snugly. Do not over tighten.

  8. Once the boots are on, the customer should stand still for 10 minutes

    Step Eight:

Once the boots are on, the customer should stand still for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you’re done. HEAT IT AND SKEET IT!
