Where do I go to redeem an ThirtyTwo online gift card?
To redeem your ThirtyTwo online gift card, please have your gift card number that was emailed to you on hand.
Make sure to include the hyphens when entering your gift card number!

What is the conversion rate between girl's (women's) and men's shoes?
The size conversion from women's to men's shoes is 1.5 sizes down.
For example, if you are a size 7 in women's, you are a size 5.5 in men's. If you fall below a 6.5 in women's, you will fit into our kid's shoes.

When will new styles or products become available to the ThirtyTwo Online Shop?
The ThirtyTwo Online Shop offers a large variety of the most popular items in our program. You will also see some of those hard to find sizes.
Please keep in mind that we have several seasons and that product changes several times a year.
Unfortunately, we can not offer you with any old models (except some sale items) from several years ago.
Products and colors that you see on the site are the only products available at this time.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order, even if it has not yet shipped. Once you place your order, it begins to go through our automated system to provide you the fastest method for receiving your order.
