What are the shipping options and costs?
After your order is received, we will start processing it immediately. Orders successfully processed before 16:30 CET will be shipped the same day from our warehouse in The Netherlands. All our packages are shipped via UPS and delivered Monday through Friday.
Depending on your shipping address, you can expect your products to be delivered to you earliest the next day to up to several days. See a table of our transit times.
Shipping is free for orders over EUR 350 or GBP 300, otherwise it's EUR 9.95 or GBP 7.95 per order. Duties charged by customs of non EU countries (like for example Norway and Switzerland) are for your own account.
Can I ship to military addresses or PO Boxes?
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship to military addresses or P.O. boxes.
Can I track my order?
Yes! After placing your order, it will be processed by our warehouse. As soon as you order leaves our warehouse you can track your shipment via My Account. If you do not have an account, you can enter your order ID (from your order confirmation email) and the email address you placed your order under on the same page to retrieve order status and shipment tracking.
Be careful when entering your delivery address! If your order cannot be delivered it will be sent back to our warehouse, and we'll have to charge you to ship it back out again.
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
If you are not at home to receive your packages, UPS may deliver them to a nearby UPS Access Point location for you to pick up later - often on the same day.
All UPS Access Point locations are pre-approved by UPS to ensure your package will be safe. They are also equipped with the latest UPS technology so that you can be sure to get your package quickly and conveniently. An officially recognized or government-issued ID is required when picking up packages.
When there’s no UPS Access Point available in your region UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your order. You can reschedule the delivery by using the tracking code on the UPS website. After the 3rd attempt the order will be returned to our warehouse, extra shipping cost will be charged for shipping the order out a second time.
How long will it take until my order is delivered?
Our orders are shipped via UPS. Approximate transit times from when your order ships out of our warehouse to delivery at your shipping destination can be found below.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship directly to addresses in the EU, UK and US. If you'd like to ship to a country within these regions which does not appear as an option during checkout, please change your region accordingly.
We do not ship to any countries outside the available site regions, though we hope to offer this in the future.
