What are the shipping options?
We have three shipping options available for the US: Ground, 2-3 Day Select and 1-2 Day Air. The shipping costs for your order depend on the total amount in your cart before any taxes or discounts. Some sample shipping costs are shown below:
Please add $5.00 for shipments to AK or HI. Sorry, Ground and Next Day shipping are not available for these destinations!
All our orders are shipped via FedEx. Expedited shipping begins when the order leaves our warehouse. Not when it is accepted by the system.
Can I ship to military addresses or PO Boxes?
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
We deliver all of our orders via Federal Express, which at this time does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Can I ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US, EU and UK. To have an order shipped to a non-US region, please change your region accordingly.
We do not ship to any countries outside the available site regions, though we hope to offer this in the future.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once your order has been accepted by the system and provided that we have no issues with processing your order and we have the merchandise in stock, your order will go out within 48 business hours.
We do not ship out on national holidays or weekends.
Friday after 2 pm PST is considered the weekend.
Why is my order on hold?
Upon placement, all our orders are automatically checked for address inconsistencies and possible credit card fraud. If your order has been flagged, it will be placed on hold until one of our customer service representatives is able to review and approve your order.
Possible reasons include:
- Typos in street or city names
- Incorrect state/locality selection
- Credit card fraud suspicion
To prevent any further delays in processing and shipping your order, be sure to double-check your order details. If you notice anything wrong, get in touch with us as soon as possible!
