WHEN WILL NEW STYLES OR PRODUCTS BECOME AVAILABLE TO THE THIRTYTWO ONLINE SHOP?

The ThirtyTwo Online Shop offers a large variety of the most popular items in our program. You will also see some of those hard to find sizes. Please keep in mind that we have several seasons and that product changes several times a year.

Unfortunately, we can not offer you with any old models (except some sale items) from several years ago. Products and colors that you see on the site are the only products available at this time.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order, even if it has not yet shipped. Once you place your order, it begins to go through our automated system to provide you the fastest method for receiving your order.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope that in the majority of cases our fast processing works to your advantage.

 

HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE IN THE THIRTYTWO.COM?

You can make a purchase at ThirtyTwo by selecting the requested product(s) and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, you can progress to the payment section and finalize your purchase.

 

IS THERE A MINUMUM AMOUNT FOR AN ONLINE PURCHASE?

To satisfy all our customers, there’s no minimum order amount on the ThirtyTwo online shop.

 

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL OF MY PURCHASE?

The most common reason why customers do not receive a purchase confirmation is because an incorrect e-mail address has been entered or the confirmation e-mail has been caught in a junk mail filter. Please make sure that you have correctly entered you e-mail address in your account information and check that the e-mail hasn't been incorrectly caught in your junk mail. Please contact Customer Service if you need a confirmation e-mail to be re-sent.

 

HOW CAN I SEE IF MY SIZE IS ON STOCK?

Drag the mouse over the size you need, a pop up box will appear stating if the size is available or not available.

 

DOES THE COLOR OF THE PRODUCT MATCH EXACTLY TO THE PHOTO ON THE WEBSITE?

It is possible that the color on the photo is slightly different than the original color of the product. This is possible because not everybody has the same color settings on their computer.

 

WHERE IS MY NEAREST SHOP?

You can find the nearest shop by clicking the 'Find A Retailer'-button and fill in your zip code or city and execute the search.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER ON HOLD?

Upon placement, all our orders are automatically checked for possible credit card fraud. If your order has been flagged, it will be placed on hold until one of our customer service representatives is able to review and approve your order.

Possible reasons include:

  • Missing or unclear street, streetnumber or city names
  • Credit card fraud suspicion

To prevent any further delays in processing and shipping your order, be sure to double-check your order details. If you notice anything wrong, get in touch with us as soon as possible!

 

 

ARE YOUR BOOTS HEAT MOLDABLE?

All our boots are heat moldable. You can take your boots to a authorized ThirtyTwo dealer to have them heat molded or any local snowboard shop. Some shops may charge a fee to heat mold your boots. We do not do any heat molding at our ThirtyTwo headquarters. Do not send your boots in to have them heat molded. Please take them to an authorized ThirtyTwo dealer.

 

 

DO YOU HAVE REPLACEMENT FAST TRACK LACES?

Yes, we have replacement fast track laces, locks, and pins. Please contact customer service and we will do our best to help you out. If you need help re-lacing them please take them to a ThirtyTwo authorized dealer or any local snowboard shop and they should be able to help you. We do not do any re-lacing at our ThirtyTwo headquarters. Please do not send them to our office to be re-laced.
