I thought these boots were great at first --super comfortable, super convenient-- but after a two days of boarding the boot started wrinkling were the cylinder met the foot when I tried to tighten them. By day three is was a nightmare and I had to retighten before every run. I tried to return them as flawed but the company didn't accept my claim. As you might imagine, I am super unhappy with the customer service and I wouldn't recommend these boots or this company.
