Hunting With Benji Ritchie!
Did you know that ThirtyTwo team rider Benji Ritchie likes to go hunting? Neither did we, but it's true. When he's not busy shredding the snow, Benji likes to wake up at the crack of dawn and get his Ted Nugent on.
The duck hunting shot is from last October, with Benji's brother on the left and his buddy William on the right. The deer photo, featuring a nice eight-point buck, is from just a couple of days ago at 7:05 a.m. Both of these fresh kills went down within a 10-minute drive of Benji's house!
"Quebec rules. I love hunting! It makes me feel like a real man!" commented Benji upon his return to civilization.

Very nice, you are the man, i thought all snowboarders where just peace lovers that didnt want anything to die and i thought i was the only one who likes to go out and shoot stuff

5 years agoYeah benji he just went up in my book. Me being a snowboarder from montana and thus i hunt too its a nessecity up here because first of all we have a ton of deer that would otherwise roam onto our highways and get killed and and add to the possibility of injuring another human and they geti into trash and gardens and contorls there poulation to keep it stable. and it provides food for the year and its lean meat not fatty proceesed meat liek cows are. If your somewhat an animal activist against hunting yet eat beef form the grocer (im not) but you should reconsider killing of deer is way less cruel then cows and thats my two cents worth

5 years agoProps to Benji for gunning down that buck; although the Jr. Woodchuck Girl Scouts would've passed that one up for something bigger here in the U.P of Michigan. Let 'em go, let 'em grow Benji. Go for at least an 8 pointer next year!

HELLS YEA!!! Boardin n' huntin man thats the way to go. Gettin up at the butt crack of dawn and shootin me some ducks n' geese gives my stomache some good eatin! Yet to get me a buck but its comin. Followin the example of "Uncle Ted" is where its at! Then shreddin it up on the mountain.
