ThirtyTwo Boots are 100% Custom Moldable

That's right, all you have to do is buy your ThirtyTwo boots from an Authorized Dealer and ask for a custom mold. It only takes about 25 minutes, it's painless and super easy.

  1. First, you'll have to take off your shoes and socks. Bare feet, please.
  2. Put your ThirtyTwo boots on the Heat Stack for 15 minutes.
  3. As the liners are being cooked, you'll have plenty of time to size up toe caps. S, M, L or XL. Pick one that fits snuggly around the toes of your foot.
  4. Once you have the right size toe cap, get a set of nylons and pull them over top of the toe cap and foot.
  5. Now the liners should be done cooking, so pull them off the Heat Stack and slide your foot into both ThirtyTwo boots. Be careful, they might be a little hot.
  6. Lace the boots snuggly and stand up. Stand still for 10 minutes so the liners have time to cool to your exact foot print. Remember, don't over-tighten boots, and stand still. No walking or jumping around.
  7. Take your ThirtyTwo boots to the cash register and pay the man. Don't forget to pick up a pair of ThirtyTwo socks that are made for snowboarding. Yes, that's right, made for snowboarding! They wick moisture away from you feet so your toes don't go numb on the below-zero day of shredding.
  8. Now get out there and ride! Your feet will thank you!

Key Notes

  • Your ThirtyTwo Authorized Dealer will have all this information, so don't worry, you don't have to take a quiz or anything to get a custom fit with your ThirtyTwo boots.
  • Don't try this at home! It won't work! Way too many kids put their ThirtyTwo liners in a regular home oven and seriously cook them. Don't do that. It will bake your liners as hard as rocks. Again, DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME!
  • Yes, it's a simple process, but go to an authorized ThirtyTwo dealer and have them molded by a professional.

I just got some 32 boots at an authorized dealer the other day... and I did the molding thing.. and I put them on my feet.. and on the outside of my left foot the mold is pushing into the bottom of my foot and it hurts so bad I cant even stand... Can these be re-molded or something? What can I do? I hope I didnt just waste a hundred and something bucks...

I had a pair of 2004 lashed boots. They fit great. Unfortunatly they were manufactured wrong and the key lace loop broke. The dealer returned my cash. Now I have no boots. I have tried your 2006/7 lashed boot but: the size US10 is the correct width but is to short. The half size bigger is the right lenghth but is way to wide. Can I be sold a size US10 liner in a US 10.5 boot?? Otherwise how do I make the bigger boot narrower. This heat fit stuff doesnt really decrease the width to any extent. Why do you guys keep changing the boots widths??
