Hampus Wins Air & Style 2005!

What a weekend! ThirtyTwo team rider Hampus Mosesson just won the first Air & Style Game in Munich's famous Olympic stadium. In all, sixteen riders were invited, who were cut down to eight in a head-to-head, then down to four in the Semi-Final, which lead to a small fight for 3rd and 4th place, and eventually the Grand Finale for 1st and 2nd.

Every rider had to show a style trick and a tech trick, and Hampus fought all the way through with different shifty variations, each one sicker than the last. He took out Andreas Ygre-Wiig in the first round, and Austrian Chris Kröll in the second. In the Semi-Finals, he beat Swiss rider Nicolas Mueller, who slammed, thereby opening the path into the Finals against Mathieu Crepel!
And Hampus won that fight, too, as he demonstrated top-notch tricks like a perfect frontside 540 shifty and a clean backside 720 Indy to late shifty, all for the gold! Hampus was more than stoked and enjoyed the afterparty full throttle! Check out his final runs from Air & Style 2005 at Freecaster. Congratulations, Hampus!
