Hey I rode your Lashed boots last season and they worked great i got in over 100 days in em and i had no probs execpt one of my mettle boot loops broke there the best boots ive ever riden in. i bought a pair of size 8.5 tm-twos last month. i bought a tight pair (my size was 9) as i knew they would stretch. however after two weeks using them over christmas they have stretched so much that my right foot (front foot) is moving around an inch at the heel. Any suggestions as to what i can do? are there insoles i could fit in? i've tried thick socks but they have not helped.
hey, im looking for some warranty information for my prospects...i've had them for less than a year and one of the lace buttons broke off (im not sure what they're called... the button things that the laces are looped around up the side of the boot)

Hey, Im looking for warranty info on the 2004-2005 TM-TWO boots. I bought them new for the 05-06 season and my left boot is already starting to tear on the leather in three spots after only three days of riding. If you could email me back and let me know what I can do I would be stoked.

I have a pair of Thirt-Two TM-One boots I purchased them in spring of '04 and never got to ride them until Fall '05 because of the lousy snow season we had here last year.
First week of riding, the inner lace liner cynch broke. I have been to at least a dozen shops and noone has a replacement lace for the inner liner that fits with the cynch clasp. Also, none of the shops (even if they carry 32 boots) carry parts for 32 boots.
Your website does not have an email address or phone number to request customer support. Can you send me a replacement lace/cych for my TM-ones?

How long is the warranty on thirty two prospects?
Do the 2006 Thirty Two Lashed boots come with a removal insole or is it just one integrated liner?
Do the Nui Boa come with different inners - they come with grade1 but there are 'apparently' 3 grades??? The one in the basic Nui allows too much lift - can you have a different inner or at least buy Achilles Pinch Pads seperately to insert??
